A small puzzle game project
Hello everyone!
I've been sitting on an idea like this for a very long time. It's very simple in concept but it's been harder to execute than I thought! I expected this to be a short weekend project, and now it's already spanned a couple weekends.
The concept starts with a board that has crystals laid out on it. Each crystal will start heading in a specific direction (up, down, left, right) on the board. Your goal is to prevent each crystal from leaving the board by destroying them.
You do this by manipulating which direction crystals travel in, and sending them into one of the "Collector" tiles to destroy them. These are the foundational mechanics, and I'm excited to show how complex it can get when more is fleshed out.
Thank you for reading!
